RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Alpha Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must include proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products

  • Perfumes (if opened/used)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including opened perfumes and personal-use accessories.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds generally reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
